Step 1

Create a new document to 640 mm x 340 mm (at 300 dpi in CMYK Colour).


Step 2

Do not put any text within 35 mm of the edges of the document, continue background to the edges.


Step 3

Follow the steps for art setup in indesign or illustrator, placing the photshop document inside at 100%.
