Aspire Family Medicine is a physician owned and operated medical practice in the Denver Technology Center area of metro Denver, Colorado.

Our mission is to provide commercial drivers with fast and convenient DOT exams by one of our NRCME certified providers as well and DOT drug screening. 

 
DOT Exam

For commercial motor vehicle drivers, the most important safety feature is YOU – the driver! Each time you turn the key, you are responsible for your own safety, as well as the safety of all the people who share the road with you. The physical examination you take for your medical certificate confirms that you are healthy enough to safely perform the demanding job of a commercial motor vehicle driver and keep our Nation’s roads safe.1

Commercial motor vehicle drivers must maintain a current Medical Examiners Certificate to drive. Drivers must have their exam completed by a NRCME certified provider. DOT examinations determine a driver’s physical qualification to operate a commercial motor vehicle.  Medical Examiners Certificates must be renewed at least every two years.



Department of Transportation Drug Testing

We offer DOT and Non-DOT drug testing onsite and this can be done on the same day as your DOT exam.
