- Re-installation of Operating System (MS Windows OS) - $149
PC's can run slugish from time to time, not quite run the same after a Virus removal or simply run slow in general. The best way to ensure your PC is running optimally is to Backup essential data, format the Hard drive and re-install Microsoft Windows OS. 

There is no Anti-virus in the world that will gurantee complete clense of your computer system after its been infected by a malicous virus. A re-install of OS will!!

A viral inspection will search for infected systems files on your PC. Our intelligent Virus scanning software will identify all commonly known viruses and quarantine/remove accordingly. Our technician will also perform a manual file inspection for any deceptive file names which the Antivirus scanning software may not have picked up.

- Factory Restore - Data backup and Restore - $149
This service is available to 98% of Branded laptops / Notebooks / Desktops.
This service will apply to all systems which have a reserved partition on your hard drive that contains a recovery image. This image will return your process will allow you to re-live the out of box experience you once had when PC was purchased.

- Minimum Service - $52
You may have doubts your PC is not running optimally and want a quick inspection.
This is an inspection only service which will consist of quick verbal report, post review.

- Customized System build.
Customized systems builds are availabe to suit your budget. Please contact us for more options.

- Backup and Recovery Disaster plan - TBA
The option of installation of third party software or inhouse MS software setup for Backup and Restore is available to all PC Systems. Additanal backup storage device is required. External HDD sold seperately.
