What Are Unidentifiable Clients ?

These are clients who could not identify themselves online since their initial Protection Code is unvailable. Nore their Birthdate or SSN is available.

Why It Matters?

Because those clients, trying to use your online scheduling system wont be able to identified themselves. Therefore:

1) They will not be able to check or confirm their next appointment online

2) They will not have access to Reasons you have setup for existing clients in your AviMark scheduling system

3) They will not be able to easily schedule appointment for their known family member(s) you have in your database (spouse, childs)
