1) Duplicates generates confusion and errors for your staff and your clients
2) Duplicates may results in reminders errors since multiple record for the same client may hold invalid or old emails/phone or other information
3) Duplicates may preclude clients from being properly identified in the Online Scheduling System, generating frustration for your clients
It's highly recommend to eliminate them.
One easy way to do it is to use this report, and one by one, get into your office software and remove duplicate clients.
If, for any reasons, your office software do not allow this, change the wrong record name and clear other vital information such as client name, SSN and birth date for scheduling identification.
