This allows you to select what phones should we call or not.

We strongly suggest to check couple of your patients record online to see our phones mapping so you will be able to decide what's best.
Call reduction Allow to limit the number of phone calls for this operation (reminder/reactivation)
Over Calling

In case the patient phone do not reply, call back...

Some of these options are effective only if you use already email or text reminders.
Additional Option Allows the patient to hear an additional message by pressing the selected phone key. (directions / specific instructions...)

Opt-Out Patients would be proposed to press "0" to opt-out when answering the call.(*)
Confirmation Patients would be proposed to press "1" to confirm their appointment when answering the call.(*)
