Only clients with capable text-message phones will get these reminders. Current setting: Not Used >> WARNING:no text-reminder selected << Phone Reminders Place automatic robot calls to your clients to remind them of their scheduled appointment. Any client with a phone will receive this reminder. Current setting:Human Voice Segments-TheDayBefore at 18 + confirm + optOut >> WARNING:has disabled phone reminders << You can use any combination of these media above. Exceptions Exclude appointments from specific columns, providers or days of the week to be reminded.
