List of questions currently set to your client survey.
In order to compare these questions to other practices, each question has a specific "Object Evaluated", (i.e. staff, doctor...) and a specific "Attribute".
Use the Action
column to change the order of questions or inactivate a question. Inactive questions can be made active again in the "Inactive Questions" tab.

Inserting reviews in your web site.
Reviews are a great tool to market your practice to new clients visiting your web site.
There are a few options for you to choose from, please see below:

numbers of reviews available along with the overall rating by simply moving the mouse over the seal

The questions below are inactive, they do not appear in the client survey.
Use
the Action column to: 1) Activate a question and put it back into the client survey 2) Delete a question

Create your own questions : You can create as many questions as
you want. For each custom question simply write the question itself, if you want to be able to compare
this new question results with other practices, you must indicate what Object
and which Attribute (of this object) you are trying to survey here.
When you "Create " a new question, it becomes active and goes automatically to the end of its "Survey Questions" group(*).
You can then change its order easily.
(*)There are two groups of questions: Multiple choices or Yes / No

This form allows you to define how soon the Survey Questions are sent out to your clients after they visited your office.
You can also preview the current setting so as to see what clients will see when they
complete your survey.
