Your design and the one my client chose is #17

They provided me with a  few revisions they would like to see. I always leave a good tip to artists because i know % you get is too low. Please work with me on these revisions. This is the first time one of your designs was chosen for one of my projects. I look forward to working with you. Below is the client's feedback

1: On 17, the service area shows a Google map. But we really like the looks of the service area in mock-up #8 where it's the state of MN and it shows the locations. It's just a little more simple and straight to the point. If we could do that, we would also like to expand our service area a little bit showing maybe Rush City, Sturgeon Lake and Moose Lake as well.

2: Is there a way we can integrate a "Contact Us" form on the home page that is more front and center? A lot of people contact us through the "Contact Us" form and we think it would be a little more user friendly for them to be able to reach out to us if it's right there in front of them. Also, what kind of options are available on a "Contact Us" form (ie: name, number, e-mail, description of work, etc)

3: I know pictures on the mock-ups don't really matter right now because it's just a mock-up. But let's say I wanted to change that first picture that is shown (the large retaining wall/landscape picture you used). Will I be able to do that myself easily if I wanted to or do I need to let you know what pictures we would like to have on that homepage?

4: One more thing, for some reason on the mock-up for 17 the bottom of it doesn't load or it was cut-off or something so I can't see if you had put credentials on the site such as EPA, BBB, Azek, etc. I do like having those there if you did. If we became a dealer for another decking or landscaping company and we were able to put their logo on our website, is that something I can easily input myself or would I need to have you do it?
