Introduction text: 

Tourism accounts for 8% of global carbon footprint and this is expected to grow by 4% annually.
We are facing an escalating climate crisis that needs urgent attention from all. 
We want to play a role in reducing the carbon footprint in the tourism sector. So we commit to the following:

Title: We will incorporate climate awareness into the travel experience
       <p>For each vacation you book and participate in, there is an environmental impact associated with it. 
       This is your carbon footprint.</p>
       <p>Besides price of a vacation and other items, we will also quantify and display how much your carbon footprint is for the vacation you intend to book.
       
Title: We will use 15% of our profit to offset carbon footprint incurred by vacations booked on our platform
       <p>We will give you the opportunity to offset your share of carbon footprint associated with vacation you book on our platform. </p>
       <p>Though we expect everyone to offset their complete carbon footprint associated with the vacation they book, we realize that not every one would be capable to do that./p>
       <p>We will allocate 15%of our profits to offset part or all of the carbon footprint left over at the end of our financial year.</p>

Title: We will plant 10 trees per booked vacation
       <p>Planting trees across the world is one of the biggest and
                                                cheapest ways of taking CO<sub>2</sub> out of the atmosphere to tackle
                                                the climate
                                                crisis, according
                                                    to scientists</p>
        <p>Trees have other benefits as well, such as heat reduction, pollution
                                                reduction,
                                                water quality improvement, flood reduction, noise reduction and beter
                                                mental and physical health.

        <p>Each time you book a vacation on our platform, as a token of our
                                                appreciation
                                                we will plant 10 trees!</p>   
                                                
Title: We will aim to achieve net zero carbon footprint by 2025 on carbon
                                                footprint accumulated through us
        <p> With your best effort to offset your share of carbon footprint
                                                and the allocation of 15% of our profits to offset any residual carbon
                                                footprint at the end of the financial year,
                                                we expect to achieve a net zero accumulated carbon footprint on a yearly
                                                basis.</p>
        <p>However, since company income and profits fluctuate yearly, we may not be
                                                able to hit that goal on a yearly basis.</p>
        <p>Our ultimate goal is to achieve net zero carbon footprint by year
                                                2025.</p>

         <p>We will also show the current state of affairs regarding the achievement
