HEAL Systems™ has developed an artificial lift solution that addresses some of the most common challenges in horizontal wells – solids, gas interference, slug flow. The HEAL System™ gives you the freedom to optimize your artificial lift strategy over the life of the well.*** -------------------------------------------------------------------- Apps can split up the challenge and the solution on the homepage -> permanent artificial lift -> well services -> locations -> contact us ---> can use the apps currently on the source rock homepage to add or change, create your own to match the 4 categories above. ----------------------------------------------------------------- "The Solution" + description will be below this -> learn more button takes you to "Jet Pump Principles" The Solution: Horizontal & Deviated Wells: -> With no moving parts, the SREP jet pump takes the industry to the next level, allowing for jet pump placement anywhere in the horizontal profile. Using power fluid as the drive mechanism of a jet pump, the system has no problems with deviated, crooked or horizontal wellbores. -> With a jet pump landed in the horizontal section of a well, operators are not only able to achieve higher inflow rates, they are also able to achieve higher ultimate reserve recovery **place any pictures in and around these descriptions that pertain to them just like in our current website** Rig-less Pump Changes -> The heart of the jet pump is a carrier sub which contains the venturi nozzle and throat. If for any reason these parts need to be serviced, retreival is a fast and simple one man operation – done by reversing the system flow direction and reversing the carrier out of the wellbore. Reinstallation is done simply by loading the carrier back into the wellhead and pumping it back into place. -> With the wellhead configured for easy reversing and tool capture – pump inspection, parts replacement or system optimization changes are a one man job, typically performed within a 1 hour service time. -> At SREP, we have also developed a jet pump cleaning tool, which can be deployed and retrieved in this same manner, allowing us to flush clean the internal components of the jet pump body. **use graphics from JetDart powerpoint file** Low HP Requirement Surface Packages: -> Two important factors in this performance are the patented intake flow geometry of the jet pump and the analysis software and techniques employed to optimize the nozzle / throat selection. These two factors have allowed SREP jet pumps to operate at 50 to 65% lower energy requirements that seen with first generation jet pump systems. Pad Well Systems: -> Horizontal well technology and land use management concerns have greatly increased the interest in grouped, or pad well development strategies. The “power delivery” features of jet pump systems allows operators a great deal of flexibility. The multi-point delivery of pressurized fluid is very easily accomplished, therefore allowing operators to supply several wells from one jet pump surface facility. -> SREP leads the industry with our multi-well jet pump solutions, designing and building a range of equipment options, tailored to suit each operators pad well development program needs. Our equipment package strategies, coupled with our well optimization engineering allow operators to keep their wells performing at maximum inflow rates, while minimizing the capital outlay for equipment. Our systems are modularly designed, allowing them to be easily redeployed as the lifting horsepower needs change Sand Handling Capabilties: -> In an SREP jet pump, there are no downhole moving parts. The jet pump venturi is activated by pumping fluid. The components that face the errosive fluid flow are built out of suitable durable materials and others are hard coated to prevent erosion. Again, the “rigless pump change” features of our jet pump systems allows operators to easily change out any of the components that may see errosive wear. Also, because a jet pump works by fluid circulation, sand transport is very effective and therefore sand plugging is rare. Gas Handling Capabilities: -> Across a range of bottomehole pressure (BHP) conditions and gas / liquid ratios (GLRs), jet pumps are quite capable of producing fluids with entrained gas. Our engineering process is cabable of analyzing to determining the lift performance we will be able to achieve, and to plan for a completion design which will perform best with the GLR and BHP conditions. --------------this is all very similar to www.healsystems.com
