Postcard is for advertisement and for special events such as when she went around and visited children in the hospital.
She is doing some fundraising for community resources- And in the beginning phases of getting that going.  She has however gotten donations together for the local hostpial.  
Unsure if the card is an appropriate place to encourage or remind others where they can volunteer such as 
Check your local school community or church for opporunities for assisting others- or perhaps
a better wording for this
