Directions of Use:
1.To fill gas tank: Turn unit upside down and firmly push the butane can into the filling valve. The tank should be filled in 10 seconds. Please allow a few minutes after filling for the gas  to stabilize and excess butane to evaporate
2.To ignite the torch: Firstly, turn the gas adjustment knob counter-clockwise. Secondly, press the child resistance lock. Then press the ignition button. 
3.To keep the flame burning. Just press the continuous flame button when the flame is burning.
4.To shut off the torch. Press the ignition button and the flame will extinguish. Then turn the gas flow control knob in clockwise direction when not use.
5.Adjustment of flame: you may increase gas flow and flame length by turning the gas flow control knob in counter-clockwise direction.
