To improve the user experience of our customers, we need a new design for our agent interface of our customer service platform (whatdesk.com). The focus will be on the dashboard and the inbox screens (see attached) along with the common UI elements (Buttons, menu, fonts, forms...) We want a simple and distinctive design New Onboarding page: this is a new page that is shown to user the first time they login to the platform. This will replace the current onboarding screen (setup SMS, Setup widget...etc) Dashboard page: to access important information and activate services (see screenshot from current site) Inbox page: to manage all the interactions with customers. (see screenshot from current site) UI elements (buttons, menus, forms, tables, fonts, color palette)
