We specialize in criminal defense investigations. We have a proven ability to find evidence that has been overlooked or ignored by law enforcement. Pennington & Associates investigators are experts at identifying unknown witnesses, finding physical evidence, and testing the credibility of criminal allegations brought against a defendant. We use a variety of proven investigative methods including field investigation and advanced analytical techniques. All cases are billed at a flat rate, so you know the exact cost of your investigation. Private and indigent defense cases are accepted.

Civil Investigation

Pennington & Associates provides customized investigative support in civil matters. We are able to investigate a full range of issues such as child custody, worker’s compensation, slip and trips, general accidents, and many other matters. We provide specific investigative tasks involving surveillance, locating persons, witness interviews, asset identification, process service, and courthouse record searches. Most investigations are billed at a flat rate, so you know your cost up front.

Forensic Photography

Pennington & Associates provides forensic photography services. We are able to document physical objects, locations, and individuals through accepted photography methods. Not only do we capture images for your use in court, but we are available to provide expert testimony on the image process and the images’ reasonable representation of what was viewed by the photographer. All forensic photography services include images in a digital medium, a written report, a photography log, and a diagram if appropriate. 

Information Services

Do you need information on someone? Are you completing your own investigation instead of hiring a licensed investigator? Do you need something simple like a phone number or address but find that Google can’t help you? Pennington & Associates is able to assist you by providing information on the person you are investigating. We use tools and proprietary databases that only licensed investigators can access.
